I consider myself someone with a deep appreciation for complexity—whether in sound, systems, or human relationships. Early in my career, I explored that complexity through music. While living in Spain in my late twenties, I developed a profound connection with African-rooted musical traditions, which became a meaningful part of my creative identity. This led me to dedicate over a decade to producing and promoting genres such as Afro-Peruvian music, reggae, and jazz, both in my own compositions and in collaboration with other artists.

That experience taught me to listen with intent, to work across differences, and to navigate ambiguity—a foundation that continues to inform my work today in the realm of family governance and strategic wealth management. Whether composing a musical piece or facilitating a multigenerational conversation, I’ve learned that intuition, structure, and emotional insight must coexist.

My approach now integrates those same principles—balance, rhythm, and vision—but in the context of family enterprises, investment portfolios, and legacy design. I remain passionate about helping families articulate their values and translate them into coherent strategies that can evolve across generations.
